Omri Erez Adv.
Born 1976.

Omri is head of an independent practice since October 2006.

The practice expertise are commercial and civil law, along with other fields.

After interning in a large Israeli commercial practice, Omri commenced practicing law at the same firm, assisting in representing international and domestic clients in all areas of commercial and civil law concentrating on large, complex litigation cases. In addition Omri assisted in representing clients and providing advice in administrative proceedings relating to decisions and act of the various different authorities in Israel.

During law school, Omri worked at the legal department of a large Israeli company.

Omri was discharged from regular military service with the rank of Captain in an air force intelligence unit.

As an adolescence Omri was awarded the "Tammari decoration" (in the name of the late General Nehamia Tammari) for quality, excellence and leadership.

Education: combined law (L.L.B) and accounting degree from Tel Aviv University.

Born in 1982

Legal intern and Associate at Wexler, Bregman & Company in Tel Aviv 2010-2013
Expertise in litigation, including representation and appearance in court, arbitration and mediation, while supporting and providing legal advice to clients and companies in real estate and construction sectors, banking and private clients.

Admitted to practice since June 2011.

Joined Erez-Lawyers during 2014.

Parallel to his work as a lawyer Jonathan practiced in other areas such as media, management and production.

Education: law degree (L.L.B) and Governance (B.A) from Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Academic track in Diplomacy and Strategy as part of the Governance's degree.

Gilath Dan Adv.
Born in 1980

Was a legal intern in the Israel Ministry of Justice office, Tel Aviv District Attorney's office from 2010 to 2011.

Admitted to practice since June 2011.

Joined Erez-Lawyers during 2014.

Experienced in Business establishment and management, business development and project management in Israel and in Europe.

Education: law degree (L.L.B) and Governance (B.A) from Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
